1. Introduction

The French Mix reserves the right to change, modify, or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By ordering from The French Mix, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any modifications made.

2. Merchandise Characteristics

Due to the bespoke nature of our interior decorating products and services, variations in dimensions, color, and finish are to be expected. Such variations contribute to the uniqueness and charm of our offerings and are not considered defects.

3. Acceptance of Orders

Your order is considered accepted once processed by The French Mix. It is deemed accurately entered, and our terms accepted unless otherwise notified within 24 hours from order submission.Orders are accepted via:

The French Mix does not accept telephone orders. Orders placed on hold do not reserve inventory.

4. Backorders

Backorders will be fulfilled as soon as inventory becomes available. Changes to delivery addresses or cancellations must be made prior to shipment to avoid additional fees. New items cannot be added to backorders and require a new order.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Retail prices are listed, F.O.B. [Insert Location], and dealer pricing is available upon login with a customer ID.

6. Credit & Payment

Net 30-day terms are available to customers with approved credit. Prepaid orders are accepted; however, COD orders are not. Late payments may incur a service charge.

7. Sales and Use Tax

The French Mix is required to collect sales tax in accordance with state laws unless a valid exemption form is on file.

8. Cancellation or Modification

Once an order has entered into production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

9. Installation

We recommend that all permanent fixtures be installed by licensed professionals. The French Mix is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation.

10. Damage/Shortage

Inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt. Report any damages or shortages within 5 business days. The French Mix is not liable for claims reported after this period.

11. Returns

Returns must be authorized in advance and may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us for a Return Authorization Request.

12. Pick-Up Policy

Pick-up orders require an appointment and full payment in advance. Orders not picked up within 3 business days may be restocked with a fee.

13. E-Commerce Retailers

E-commerce retailers must obtain approval before marketing The French Mix products online. Compliance with our Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) policy is required.

14. Limited Warranty

The French Mix products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

15. Copyright

All designs are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
